- Program suitable for Kids or Teens ages 8 - 18.
- Kids under the age of 8 participate under special circumstances.
- Participation of one or both parent(s) at each weekly session.

- Being physically active for thirty to sixty minutes every day.
- Exercising for at least thirty minutes four to seven days a week.
- Approval from healthcare practitioner to participate.
