- Private weekly or biweekly sessions are available with an appointment. These one hour clinic sessions support the entire family through vital lifestyle changes.
- Hourly sessions provide in-depth information on health, wellness, nutrition and fitness with our WeightSavvy Teens and Kids family guide and manual.
- Physical activity programs focus on fun and being fit.
OUR WEIGHTSAVVY TEENS AND KIDS GROUP FAMILY SESSION COMMENCE AT THE START OF EACH MONTH, TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT CALL US AT 613 722 2272 :
- Group meeting support families through essential lifestyle changes.
- Each session begins with a fifteen minutes of meet and greet the families, weight-in’s and announcements.
- Followed by a thirty to forty-five minute group problem solving session and group review of the WeightSavvy Teens and Kids family guide and manual.
- Each session ends with a thirty to forty-five minute low impact cardio, yoga or fitness class.
